Hello and Welcome to MVP Acupuncture & Wellness!
I look forward to helping you on your wellness journey. We are currently booking online at Alchemy House of Yoga and for our initial telehealth clinic. If you can’t find a time that works for you or are unsure which appointment to schedule, email mary@mvpacupuncture.com or text 732-334-8718 and we’ll be happy to help.
Important Booking Information
- If you have never had an appointment with me through MVP Acupuncture & Wellness, please book an Initial Appointment. Even if you have seen me at another practice, you are considered a new patient to my private practice and must begin with an initial appointment. This allows time to complete your intake and review your health history.
- Holmdel Acupuncture and MVP Acupuncture & Wellness are separate practices. Patients currently receiving treatment at Holmdel Acupuncture cannot transfer their care to my private practice. To book at Holmdel Acupuncture, call (732) 888-4910 or email info@holmdelacupuncture.com.
- Please complete your intake forms before your initial appointment.
- MVP Acupuncture & Wellness does not accept insurance, but we can provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.
- Payment: A card is required on file but will not be charged until after your appointment. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal.
- Cancellation/Late Policy: 12 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes. Less than 12 hours notice, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or missing your appointment will result in a 50% fee.
